Pellx is the original Swedish manufacturer of quality, efficient wood pellet burners. Their design is simple and proven and has been imitated by many other producers. The horizontal firetube chamber area is surrounded by secondary air and provides complete combustion with varying fuel and air inputs. The fuel is dropped into the burn area from the auger / bin after the electric ignition system has proven flame. The pellets are then pulsed in every few seconds depending on heat demand. It starts and stops just like your existing oil or gas burner but uses wood instead of fossil fuel.
The pellet burner system consists of the stainless steel burner, the control box for on/off and programming functions, the 6’ feed auger and either a 400 lb or 1,000lb Mafa steel fuel bin. This system is best suited for adding pellet convenience to an existing cordwood boiler or furnace and allows you fuel flexibility between wood pellets and cordwood.depending on market conditions and fuel availability. This burner system is forgiving and can be fired into different types of appliances.

Biosol
The Biosol is the complete solution offering solar source heating, wood pellet heat to carry the heavy heat loads and a back-up electric heater element if nothing else is available. This is a true “stand alone” boiler with a 160 gallon insulated tank to receive whatever heat is required and stores that heat for later use. It is the ultimate in renewable heating and gives the owner complete flexibility and freedom. The Biosol is ideal for low temperature radiant heating systems.
